Back_It is a easy to use program designed to back up your valuable programs or data every day to another drive or directory whilst you continue working.
The user has full control over the items being backed up and items are ZIP compressed to take up minimum disc space.
After it performs a back up it does two types of double checks afterwards to ensure your data is safe.
2. It counts the number of files in the ZIP files and in the source to see that they match. This ensures it has copied everything.
It works in the background so you can get on with doing other things.
Valuable advice is included on how to protect yourself in the event of you losing your original data.
Back_It includes the read only version of DiscKnight, the highly regarded disc checker, so you can test your Hard Drive if you wish before you perform a backup, so you know your original data in currently being held on a working Drive.
Back_It works on any RISC OS computer with RISC OS 3.1 to 5.X StrongARM/Select/32bit RISC OS (Iyonix pc).
